We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant with advanced Excel and financial data experience to support senior leadership and manage budgeting and reporting functions.

This role is ideal for candidates who excel in both executive support and hands-on financial data management. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting while ensuring seamless administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-volume meetings, and provide detail-driven administrative support in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Support leadership with special projects and day-to-day operational needs

Budgeting & Financial Data (Primary Focus)

• Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for budgeting, tracking, and reporting
• Compile, analyze, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support departmental and company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
• Generate clear, decision-ready financial reports for leadership
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (formulas, data analysis, financial tracking, reconciliation)
• Proven experience working with budgeting, financial reporting, or accounting data
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives
• Background in finance, accounting, or data analysis
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job description: As the maintenance room technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance and the mechanical function of the resort buildings and grounds, in both the interior and exterior of the property. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in a wide range of hotel upkeeping. The technician will complete work orders assigned by the supervisor while following safety regulations and respecting guests. 

Variable Shift - Part/time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Performs maintenance and repairs with a minimum of guest disturbance
• Replacement of light fixtures, fixing drywall/ wallpaper, painting
• Repairing of broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures; other light plumbing work as needed
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs, along with other light electrical work
• Ability to diagnose HVAC matters, upkeep, and resolve simple matters
• Appliance, furniture, and fixture repairs as needed
• Completes all work orders in a timely and detailed manner per company program standards
• Execution of scheduled preventative maintenance
• Maintains all storage areas and work spaces in a clean, safe, and secure manner

Requirements:

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar field
• Able to work independently
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical skills, preventive maintenance procedures, and reasonable understanding of building equipment and hand tools
